1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at returns@bpenterprises.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for a full refund. We reserve the right to deny a return or issue a partial refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing components.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging

6. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at returns@bpenterprises.store. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
