1. Overview

Aperture Avenue ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

3. Fulfillment

Aperture Avenue operates on a dropship model. Products are held and shipped from D&H Distributing. Upon order confirmation, FedEx is dispatched to pick up your order and deliver it directly to you.

4. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via FedEx. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

5. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary by location. Estimated delivery is typically 3-7 business days after shipment. Aperture Avenue is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.

7. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Aperture Avenue is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at shipping@bpenterprises.store. We will work with FedEx to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
